This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact during a crucial stage of development.What You’ll Be Doing: Early Years Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to Reception pupils.Phonics Delivery: Lead and support Read Write Inc sessions, helping children develop strong early reading and writing skills.Individualised Support: Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to ensure every child thrives.Creating a Positive Environment: Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where children feel confident and happy.
