Role & Responsibilities Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages, leading teams and ensuring high-quality delivery Develop design briefs directly with clients Take a lead role in the running and coordination of projects Liaise with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders Apply strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary detailing Support the technical delivery of bespoke residential builds and refurbishments. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in practice ARB qualified Strong technical ability with excellent detailing skills Fluency in AutoCAD (Revit an advantage) Experience in high-end residential work is essential Confident working directly with clients and consultants Joinery and stonework experience advantageous Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to studio location.
