ABC Teachers are seeking a level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN based nurture class, at a primary school based in Aston. The role will be working alongside a class teacher and another support member of staff, working with 10-12 children across EYFS and KS1. This role starts January 2026, full time.We’re looking for a qualified teaching assistant with a passion for supporting pupils and the ability to adapt teaching techniques from pupil to pupil dependent on their needs and abilities.To be considered for the SEND Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have previous experience working with SEN or primary age childrenHave suitable qualifications to work with young peopleHave strong interpersonal skillsHave the ability to cater to different children’s needsBe patient, calm and caring
