Come and help us spread the joy of flowers to everyone in a fun, fast-paced and collaborative working environment!The Role:We are seeking a highly organised, energetic, and social individual to join the Sales Management Team at Freddie’s Flowers. This dynamic role involves overseeing the daily operational and administrative tasks of the face-to-face sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient shift management in collaboration with colleagues. Additionally, you will be supporting the Partnerships Coordinator in scouting and securing new pop-up locations to expand Freddie’s Flowers’ presence and sales opportunities.Main Duties:Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.Work closely with sales representatives, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.Being a first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors.Researching and identifying new sales opportunities nationwideDocumenting detailed analysis of each booking for future referenceProviding support in designing eye-catching flower standsAssisting with logistics planning and setup/pack-down as requiredKeeping an eye on daily/monthly sales targets to understand the financial sideSome weekend work will be requiredRequirementsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyHighly organised and reliablePossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentYes, yes, yes mentality, willing to muck in and help across the teamHolds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a vanBenefitsCashback on dental and prescriptionsUnlimited digital GP consultationsGym discountsEAP access for therapyFree annual eye tests and eyewear vouchersHealth and wellbeing sessions with The Mind ClinicDiscounted flowers for friends and familyLearning and development supportCycle to Work schemeWeekly lunchesAnd, of course, flowers!
