This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping all pupils, especially those with additional needs - access learning, feel valued, and achieve their full potential in an inclusive environment.In this role of Inclusion Support Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse learning, social, or emotional needs.Promote inclusion by helping students access the curriculum and participate fully in classroom activities.Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behavioural strategies, and targeted interventions.Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure consistent, effective provision for vulnerable learners.Encourage positive attitudes, confidence, and independence in the pupils you support.Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and professional conduct at all times. What You’ll Bring as an Inclusion Support Assistant: Experience supporting children or young people in school, care, SEN, or mentoring settings.A patient, empathetic approach and the ability to adapt support to individual needs.Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.A commitment to inclusion and helping every child feel safe, supported, and capable.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
