You will play a key role in ensuring that children with diverse learning needs receive the personalized support they require for a fulfilling educational experience.Key Responsibilities:As a SEN Teaching Assistant in this outstanding Tower Hamlets school, you will: Provide focused morning support for students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including those diagnosed with ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.Offer vital afternoon assistance, with the flexibility to work across Key Stages 1 and 2 as needed.Leverage your expertise to foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.Collaborate closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement individualized support plans and interventions.Build positive relationships with students, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development. Please note that a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection is crucial for this role.
