We are recruiting a Senior International Sales Administrator to support UK and global sales operations. You will manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, handle key documentation, and ensure timely delivery of products and materials. This role suits someone proactive, organised, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Process UK and international sales orders accuratelyConfirm order details including pricing, quantities, and delivery datesPrepare export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)Process purchase orders from suppliersCoordinate with internal teams on production schedules and lead timesCommunicate order updates and delays to customersArrange shipments with freight carriers and track deliveriesPrepare customs documentation and support import/export complianceHandle customer enquiries, updates, and complaints professionallySupport with quotes, proposals, and general office tasks Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales administration or account managementExperience with international/export processes (advantage)Strong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)High level of accuracy and attention to detailCustomer-focused with strong problem-solving skills Experience Sales administration: 5 years (required) Work Location On-site in Hull (HU2) Apply now with your CV or contact KFM Recruitment for more information.
