RequirementsWhat will you be doing as Senior Account Manager at Picnic?Drive Consistent Revenue GrowthGrow Picnic's advertising revenues from key strategic growth accounts and a defined client territoryConsistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsMaximise the opportunity from existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of businessStrengthen Agency Engagement & Generate New BusinessCreate and lead strong sales presentations to agency decision makers at all levelsMaintain a high frequency of high quality outbound activityEnsure Picnic's profile remains as high as possible within key growth agenciesCombine new business development with excellent account management to drive year on year growth and retentionOwn Your ForecastingBuild a predictable, healthy pipeline aligned to revenue goalsAccurately forecast the revenue you will deliver on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basisManage expectations through clear communication of risks, opportunities and delivery timingsDeepen Product Knowledge & Market IntelligenceBecome an expert in Picnic’s product offering and value propositionBuild a broad understanding of competitor products and the wider adtech landscapeSupport the wider Sales team to achieve commercial goalsWho are we looking for?You’ll be an ambitious seller with the ability to deepen relationships, deliver exceptional revenue performance and proactively unlock new opportunities across Omnicom Media Group.
