Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Management Location: Sutton (covering additional sites in Chelsea) Salary: £41,812 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Agency: Daniel Owen Role Overview Daniel Owen is recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our established FM team, supporting a portfolio of sites across Sutton and Chelsea. In this role, you will carry out both planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and in line with sustainability and compliance standards. You will report directly to the Technical A/C Manager and participate in the on-call rota, with occasional evening and weekend work (additional allowances provided). Key Requirements NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Completed A/C apprenticeship 5+ years of post-qualification experience Experience working within facilities management environments Strong IT capabilities with working knowledge of CAFM systems Desirable certifications: PASMA IPAF IET 18th Edition Role Details Location: Sutton-based role, with site coverage in Chelsea Salary: £41,812 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm On-Call: Participation required (with additional pay) What We're Looking For We seek engineers with strong technical competence, a proactive approach to maintenance, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
