In this exciting role, you will work with clients and distributors from Brazil, driving new business and building long-term commercial partnerships.Job Responsibilities of the Portuguese speaking Business Development Executive Develop new business opportunities across BrazilIdentify new sales prospects: markets, clients, projects and accreditationsManage the full sales cycle — from enquiry and lead generation through to order negotiation and shipmentMaintain relationships through regular calls, emails, MS Teams meetings and quarterly international visits or exhibitionsManage and develop underperforming accounts within BrazilCreate daily call plans and consistently meet sales KPIsWork closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer serviceCandidate ProfileFluency in Portuguese (Brazilian) and EnglishExperience in Business Development, Sales Executive or Account ManagementProven B2B sales experience relating to BrazilIdeally educated to Degree / HND level or equivalentStrong negotiation, communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, resilient, tenacious and results-drivenSalary & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: £33,000 – £38,000 + commission (£50,000 ote)26 days annual leave + 8 bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCareer growth in a global business with international exposureHow to ApplySend your CV and cover letter to:Contact: Jonathan Grimes - jgrimes@languagebusiness.co.uk
