Residential Property Conveyancer - Plymouth (Hybrid Working Available) An established and friendly law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their well-regarded team in Plymouth. The team has built a strong reputation locally and regionally, known for its practical approach, personal service, and long-standing relationships with clients, agents and referrers. The work is steady, varied, and supported by efficient processes and a collegiate environment. The Role You will handle a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build transactions Help to Buy and shared ownership There is a strong admin and legal support structure in place to help ensure transactions run smoothly and client care remains a priority. About You The firm is open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with solid experience running their own residential caseload. What matters most is your ability to deliver high-quality, client-focused service with care and efficiency. You will be: Experienced in handling a broad range of residential transactions independently Well-organised and confident managing volume without compromising service A good communicator, both with clients and across internal teams Keen to work in a collaborative, positive environment Interested in contributing to the future growth and continued success of the department Location & Working Pattern This is a full-time role based in the firm's Plymouth office, with flexibility for hybrid working after the initial settling-in period.
