Key Responsibilities Strategic Oversight & Relationship BuildingAct as the primary point of contact for all framework-related queriesFoster strong relationships with the client and collaborate closely with the Key Account ManagerBuild and maintain stakeholder maps and zipper plans Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with bid and project governance frameworksManage and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and key KPIsOversee full framework lifecycle: award ➝ execution ➝ performance ➝ renewal/termination Operational SupportSupport day-to-day operations across projects and bidsHelp align project delivery with up-to-date client intelligence and strategyWork with operations to deliver a framework plan that maximises value for Assystem Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategiesSupport in resolving disputes and enforcing contractual rights Framework Improvement & InnovationContribute to the development of contract management tools and templatesDrive continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback
