Job DescriptionMake your mark as Senior Project Offshore Administratorat Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen. You will supervise the Project Offshore Administrators and additionally assist the project team with all project administrative activities during an offshore project. Further, you will be responsible for attending vessels regularly to co-ordinate BMS updates, Diving manual updates, inventory stocks of admin, PPE, SAT, and collect hard copies of logs as required.This is an onshore office-based role.Your responsibilities as a Senior Project Offshore Administrator:The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to;Contribute to achieving the ‘NINA’ objectives of our company, all activities within area of responsibility must be in accordance with the BSS Management SystemDay to day supervision and management of team of Project Offshore Administrators.Provide support and mentoring to Project Administrators (Offshore) as requiredResponsible for managing rota for team of Project Offshore Administrators and managing all identified training requirementsProvide cover for Project Offshore Administrators and support team during periods of high activity, where required, in areas of:Ensuring project DPRs are completed and distributed as requiredProviding administrative support to assigned projects and project teams as requiredManaging project documentation, in conjunction with offshore teamsAdministration of SHOC cards into the Synergi systemRaising RTPs as requested by offshore VMT and vessel heads of departmentProviding and distributing Minutes of Daily Progress Meeting, timely and to all relevant departments and stake holders as indicated and identified by the Project ManagerComplete BSS commercial invoices and BSS Manifests in conjunction with offshore project engineers and heads of departmentSupport the wider operations team with administrative support as directed by the Operations Manager
