Our success is built on exceptional people - and now, we are looking for the next highly skilled professional to join our expanding team.The RoleWe are currently recruiting an experienced Window and Door Surveyor to support our operations. You will be responsible for surveying PVC-u, Aluminium, Wood-Aluminium, and Wooden window and door installations and ensuring a seamless handover to our manufacturing and installation teams.ResponsibilitiesAttend customer sites to carry out full technical surveys and prepare precise drawings for manufacture.Discuss and confirm product specifications, designs, and choices with customers in line with the agreed contract.Liaise effectively with installation, processing, and sales departments to ensure accurate communication and workflow.Maintain clear, accurate, and organised records for all surveys.Identify any deviations from the original scope and communicate these to the sales team promptly.Demonstrate strong technical competence and full understanding of all relevant systems, components, and installation requirements.Upload all surveys to the CRM system, ensuring customer signatures and required documentation are complete.Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.ScheduleMonday to FridayWork LocationIn person, with regional travel as required.RequirementsPosition RequirementsProven experience within the fenestration industry.Previous professional surveying experience.Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations.Methodical approach with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid working knowledge of UPVC windows and the wider building industry.ExperienceSurveying windows and doors: 3 years minimum (essential)Licences & CertificationsFull UK Driving Licence (essential)Benefits£45,000 - £60,000 depending on ability.Industry leading incentives Pension scheme20 days holiday + statutory holidaysCar allowance and fuel allowanceOn-site parkingWork-from-home flexibility (where applicable)
