Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Consultant: Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships. Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience. 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
