Whether you're an Electromechanical Technical Advisor or an Engineer ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!Your Role:As our Catering Engineer Technical Support, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting field-based engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:✔ Providing real-time technical support to engineers to troubleshoot faults✔ Interpreting technical manuals to ensure accurate part identification✔ Assessing the priority of reactive calls based on severity✔ Triage jobs to streamline resource planning and improve efficiency✔ Transcribing verbal technical details from engineers into company systems✔ Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with precisionWhat You'll Bring:We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset.
