About the Role:We are looking for a confident and proactive Property Negotiator to join our Bath team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to drive new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Handling all incoming lettings and sales enquiriesConducting property viewingsProviding timely and detailed viewer feedback to clientsApplicant ManagementRe-registering applicants to uncover missed opportunitiesIdentifying opportunities for property appraisalsPromoting and upselling value-add servicesBusiness GenerationDoor knocking and leaflet dropping in target areasExploring creative and proactive methods to bring in new instructionsSupporting wider marketing and outreach initiativesAbout YouConfident communicator with strong people skillsHighly organised with excellent follow-up habitsSelf-motivated and target-drivenPositive attitude and willingness to get involved in local business-generation activitiesPrevious experience in property is beneficial but not essentialHours:Weekdays: 10:00am – 6:30pmSaturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pmFlexible Working Options:Hours can be negotiated for candidates willing to work every Saturday, orSaturdays can be on rotation, with the benefit of having the following Friday afternoon off.
