SEN Teacher – Bushey – As soon as possible (Potentially Long term from January 2026)We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in the Bushey, Watford area starting as soon as possible. This is a temp to perm role with the opportunity to transition into a long-term position for the right candidate till the end of academic year.The successful SEN Teacher will have experience working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering personalised lessons, creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and working closely with support staff and parents to ensure each child achieves their full potential.This SEN Teacher position is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and confident in managing behaviour, adapting lessons to individual needs, and fostering strong relationships with students and colleagues.QTS and previous experience as an SEN Teacher is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum and a commitment to supporting every learner's unique journey.Please note: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential.
