Job Title: Junior Consultant (Junior IT Recruiter)

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with experienced recruiters to support and execute real hiring projects. This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path and practical training provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering and organizing job requests in our ATS

• Creating sourcing maps: identifying target companies, search tools, and geography

• Preparing outreach templates and screening questions

• Searching for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and internal databases

• Writing and sending personalized outreach messages

• Communicating with candidates, scheduling screening calls

• Conducting short interviews and pre-screenings (15–20 min)

• Evaluating candidate fit based on criteria

• Recording progress and notes in ATS

• Supporting consultants with updates and candidate summaries

• Participating in internal training, team syncs, and feedback sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Good level of English enough to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fluency

• Knowledge of Spanish / Portuguese / Russian is a strong advantage

• Interest in IT, people, and communication

• Strong attention to detail and learning mindset

• Responsible and self-organized

• Comfortable with writing messages, tracking responses, and working with numbers

• Available to work 30+ hours per week

• Access to a computer with a good webcam, stable internet and a quiet workspace for remote work
