What we’re looking for in your experience:

Language and Location:

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Flexible remote setup — work from anywhere while staying connected with a global team.

Skills:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in brand, marketing, or creative execution roles
• Proven experience in managing B2C projects
• Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
• Experience working in international markets (USA experience is a plus)
• Leadership experience and team management skills
• Comfort in adapting to the fast-paced environment of a startup.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define and develop the brand’s identity, creating a distinctive and recognizable image

• Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns that turn audience interest into measurable user growth

• Create content and stories that resonate with a young audience and drive organic engagement

• Organize and coordinate cross-channel marketing activities to increase brand awareness and loyalty

• Collaborate with product and growth teams to turn insights into impactful brand experiences

• Quickly evaluate results and adjust strategies based on data to improve marketing performance

• Ensure brand consistency and quality, maintaining a strong and memorable presence across all touchpoints.
