Finance Manager will be a part of Business Unit Finance team with the direct responsibility for financial business support to Janssen business in Russia & CIS. This position is a crucial business partnering role, teaming up with the business to achieve our aspirational targets and to drive value creation. You will play a key role in supporting, challenging and driving sales projections and investment decisions.

Reporting to: Sr. Finance Manager, Janssen Russia & CIS

Key responsibilities:

• To lead finance business partnering for Janssen business partners to drive value creation and ensure effective allocation of resources
• Pro-active partnering with Budget holders, Brand teams in order to provide financial support
• Provide periodic reports with valuable insights and pro-active recommendations and guidance regarding resource allocation, investments and sales forecasts
• Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of risks and opportunities of the brand performance. Provide insightful analysis to actual business results and turn these insights into foresights applicable to future results
• Long term strategic and short-term business planning in close collaboration with the business leaders
• Provide sound financial analysis of cases for new business opportunities that exist at local level and ensure compliant revenue recognition for managed entry agreements, pro-actively engaging with the business on these topics ahead of market access.
• Independently provide financial projections for sales and OPEX and lead cluster-wide processes or P& L
• Understands the external environment, monitor analysis and interpretation of macro-economic updates and interact with stakeholder to bring relevant insights/foresights to the decision-making process
• Drive finance discussion and participate in management business reviews
• Actively contribute to projects or work streams supporting cluster and EMEA Finance function
• Work as One Team with the FP& A Centre of Excellence, Finance Global Services teams and the Tax Centers to ensure accurate and timely actuals and business plan/forecast updates
• Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a strong internal control environment e.g. understanding & applying SOPs/Work Instructions and updating as necessary, identifying risks and proposing potential solutions
• Positively contribute to an engaging, inclusive, collaborative and highly respected local finance team environment

Requirements:

• University Degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance/Economics
• 5-7 years + of relevant experience in financial business support department of a multinational company (Pharm experience is preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to digest comprehensive pool of information, identify key points & communicate proposal in order to influence business decisions
• Strong business partnering skills, customer oriented and strategic mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
• Adapt to the challenging and dynamic business environment
• Result oriented with strong prioritization skills and accuracy under pressure
