Main Responsibilities:
* First-line support of dedicated direct and indirect customers in terms of orders, availability, prices, delivery time etc.
* Order processing
* Checking and preparing required documentation for customers: order confirmations, specifications, translations, shipment docs etc.
* Communication with other departments, management and HQ related to customer’s requests and needs
* Taking actions in terms of optimization of daily business processes related to customer service
* Specific reports preparation and analysis in terms of customer service, stock management.
* Active collaboration with IT-programmers in creating special reports
* Development and implementation of algorithms for New projects in ERP and in daily work (incl. totally different order processing, document flow, stock management etc)
* Support for inbound processes of Direct import from Europe

Import & Customs clearance:
* Daily communication with Italian office regarding shipments
* Checking and approving preliminary documents for shipments (invoices, packing lists), preparing specification for customs broker, providing additional documents if necessary (1-3 shipments)
* Communication with customs broker regarding customs clearance process, special requirements, providing additional documents, information, drawings
* Communication with forwarder and warehouse regarding the delivery of cleared shipments
* Goods acceptance in 1C, customs declarations uploading
* Database for customs clearance maintenance

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Business Management or related field required
* 2-3 years of experience in CS/logistics in international company
* Proficient with MS Office Suite- specifically, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and Excel (Vlookup, pivots)
* English Knowledge - Upper-Intermediate (everyday communication by mail)
* Customer focused and solution oriented
* 1C Trade Management (preferable)
* High level of self-organization and responsibility
* Able to work under pressure and with short deadlines
* Attentive to details
* Fast learner
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
