Syntax Technologies is the premier technology bootcamp in the United States, headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia right outside of Washington DC. We are a global education technology company established since 2017 and focusing in Artificial Intelligence Data Science, Cyber Security and Test Automation Courses.
Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will make calls, emails, and chat requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our products and services. We are looking for candidates who have some background in customer service or sales.
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
• Answer questions or handle complaints from customers
• Make phone calls, emails, and chat requests
• Provide information to customers about our services
• Process customer orders
• Sell service to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling
• Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
• Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
• Be professional
Responsibilities
- Delivery and maintain engaging learning activities and compelling course material.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Enhance existing curriculum with lectures and project labs
- Prep students to be eligible for multiple Certification after completion of course.
- Understand trend and technologies in current field and able to direct course towards latest trends

Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must Speak Advanced English
- Must follow US Eastern time zone for working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM
Note: This is a full-time remote position
