Star Call is a young American company that specializes in technical and client support for American insurance companies and nursing homes. Right now our biggest clients are Future Care Consultants and Signature Care Homes.

We are currently expanding our office in Minsk and looking for new members for our team.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Computer skills
• Ability to work with big data volumes
• Attention to details
• Experience of international communication would be a plus

Work responsibilities:

Be in direct contact with American nursing homes and insurance companies as well as nursing homes' patients and pension organizations processing payment receipts and verifying that all the data is inserted correctly communicating with clients monitoring the bills payment processes checking documentation and renewing Medicaid programs. We educate our employees about every step of working process.

We work American time-zone from 16:00 to 00:00. Our office is located 7 min away from the metro station.
