We are looking for an IT researcher to join our recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage the best talents on the IT market using a smart combination of sources and tools
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies,
• Develop and advertising job positing externally and internally,
• Conduct pre-screening of the candidates and make interview arrangements,
• Provide accurate reports on recruitment results for both recruiters and hiring managers,
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to store and manage talent pool of appropriate candidates,
• Participate in Employer Brand events and other recruting activities.

• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus,
• Desire to gain solid knowledge of recruitment tools, methods, technics and market trends,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management,
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment,
• English is not lower than Intermediate level.
