In connection with the opening of a new branch of the English kindergarten SUN SCHOOL in Trekhgorka, Odintsovo district, IDC Skolkovo, we are looking for a team English Teacher (native speaker).

It is important for us, harmonious development of children, and the unique concept of ABC development (ABC) (Abilities, Body, Communication) helps to educate a bright and confident personality. One of our main goals is to help children learn to think in English, to feel a foreign language as their native language.

At the moment, more than 100 kindergartens across Russia are open and successfully operating.

Plan and conduct lessons for preschoolers working in a group of max. 15 children aged 3- 6 (you’ll have additional helper: nanny).

Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips, walk.

Attend to children' s basic needs and provide them with general child care. Teach proper eating habits and personal hygiene, assist when and if necessary.

Observe and evaluate childrens' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health and give feedback to supervisors and parents.

Ideal candidate is positive, creative, proactive and amiable, an individual approach to each child, activity, sociability, organization, flexibility, loyalty, desire to learn and develop, knowledge of child psychology.

Attend staff meetings and teacher training workshops, and serve on committees in order to maintain and improve professional competence.

Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of preschool programs.

Supervise, evaluate, and plan assignments for teacher assistants and volunteers.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, Higher education, preferrably in Psycology or Education. Conversational Russian language - communication with parents.

Priority English Native speaker (USA, Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada ).

We are also considering native English teachers from other countries. Salary will be discussed after the interview.
