We are looking for a professional to join as Business assistant to provide support to the main stakeholder of our key client, a Fintech focused VC fund with $150 mln AUM and 15+ portfolio companies.

Business assistant will be responsible for providing dedicated support to the main stakeholder in business activities as well as reporting to key stakeholders on performance of portfolio companies.

As Business assistant main responsibilities include:

• Provide dedicated support on various business tasks to the stakeholder working collaboratively with his team to ensure delivery of priorities

• Become a trusted partner and advisor to the stakeholder, providing guidance on priority setting, handling sensitive materials or knowledge, and acting as a thought partner

• Ensure successful follow through on a wide variety of projects

• Execute business activities including process organization and control

• Track deadlines, deliverables and hold a team accountable for results

• Handling basic business reporting, accounting tasks

• Handle communications between the Executive team, projects leaders and employees.

Please note, that this position does not have an administrative support function.

Requirements

• Bachelor' s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance from top-notch universities

• Ability to learn fast and effectively analyze new information

• Highly organized person, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

• Skilled in written and verbal communication, including drafting messages and presentations

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process

• Exceptionally strong in quantitative analytics, problem solving, and communication skills

• Strong verbal and written English

• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Knowledge in Distributed Ledger Technology is preferred

• Winner of international economics/mathematical olympiads is preferred.
