As a Quality Engineer, under the technical leadership of the Quality Engineering Director you will be responsible for developing test cases to ensure that the implementation of any internal tools is a success. This will be done by understanding the scope of the proposed tools, developing test cases and test plans, executing them, reporting and running UAT workshops for internal training.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales, Project Officer and IT teams to understand the scope of the applications
• Create test suites for various internal tools in accordance with the QA standards
• Preparation of test data for the defined test cases
• Execution of those test cases in accordance with the QA standards
• Defect logging and tracking
• Test reporting to internal stakeholders
• Preparation of UAT test plans
• Plan and conduct UAT workshops with internal stakeholders
• Support the creation of training materials.

Policies and Procedures:

• Suggest procedure improvements to Quality Engineering Director aiming to improve the quality of solutions
• Contribute ideas on improving internal tooling and processes.

Experience & Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Good experience in functional testing and test case creation
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously to support internal goals to implement tooling within the organization
• Testrail
• Jira
• Confluence.

Nice to have:

• Web API testing experience
• ISTQB certification
• Scripting Skills (Javascript, Python)
• Experience in automated test tools, techniques and frameworks
• Jenkins
• SQL, SQL-lite, YAML experience.

Conditions:

Relocation to Germany.
