The working hours only from 15:00 pm to 23:00 pm.

Обязанности:

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the hotel' s luxury standards.
• Accurately process transactions, including room charges, dining bills, spa services, and other hotel amenities, using the hotel' s point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and reconciling transactions.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their stay.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashiering area, adhering to the hotel' s cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably Female/Male English/Russian speaker.
