Art Director will play a key role in shaping the creative vision for The Open Platform and our portfolio companies, including Wallet in Telegram, GetGems, Playdeck, Tribute, and STON.fi.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Art Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Creative leadership: Develop concepts and ideas in collaboration with the marketing teams of portfolio companies.
• Design supervision: Oversee branding, marketing content, advertising, and social media visuals.
• Hands-on execution: Work on high-level creative tasks such as branding adjustments and key presentations.
• Process improvement: Optimize workflows to make the design team more strategic and efficient.
• Guidelines & structure: Establish and maintain creative guidelines for designers, illustrators, and motion designers.
• Team management: Lead and mentor a creative team, ensuring alignment and quality.
• Resource coordination: Manage internal designers and external partners to deliver high-impact work.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Lead Designer (Communication/Graphic) or in a similar role, including team management, creative direction, and branding.
• Strategic mindset: Ability to balance creative vision with business and marketing goals.
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to present and advocate for creative ideas to stakeholders.
