In close collaboration with the Engineering Manager and other discipline engineers

Facilitate EPC Contractor delivering the Project according to applicable local legal regulations, Project SoW, Technical specifications, Safety and Environmental requirements.
- Verify all discipline inputs required for the design of the static equipment works, including the engineering activities of third parties and/or sub-Contractors
- Review and approval deliverables prepared by EPC Contractor related to the own discipline expertise
- Review and provide inputs to multidiscipline and other discipline deliverables, as required, prepared by EPC Contractor
- Review Client and 3rd parties deliverables as required
- Interface with other disciplines as required to ensure project interface and integration.
- Consolidate and integrate multidiscipline comments from PMC Engineers as applicable for Electrical equipment / packages, including, but not limited to, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, valves, columns, condensers and tanks
- Provide inputs and Review technical bid proposals supporting EPC Contractor Package Engineer,
- Provide Inputs and review to Vendor deliverables supporting EPC Contractor Package Engineer.
- Approve technical Bid Evaluation and recommendations provided by EPC Contractor on the selection of equipment to meet Project requirements
- Assist the Engineering Manager advising potential criticalities of design engineering in the area of discipline expertise and providing inputs to solve technical issues arising during Project execution.
- Attend technical meetings as required. Provide inputs to reports and generate reports as required.
- Seeks as far as possible solutions, which can bring overall savings to the Project.
- Provide technical input to Risk and opportunities assessments, management of change (MOC) reviews and project reviews.
- Attend 3D model reviews, safety design reviews and constructability reviews as required.
- Identified in advances potential changes required to meet the project objectives.
- Review of stress analysis and static equipment failure analysis
- Advise on required spare parts
- Advise on commissioning and start-up plans
- Attend the factory and site acceptance tests as Client’ representative including reporting when and if required
- Contribute to design and engineering optimisation in term of costs, fabrication and HSSE
- Support project commissioning and start up activities as required.
- Work experience (at least 1 project) in a similar position from Customer side or PMC consultant in EPC projects in an oil and gas industry (GPP, GCC, refinery, LNG, GTL, full scale field development, international pipeline systems or other project of similar scope and complexity)
- Strong mechanical engineering background
- A thorough knowledge regarding (RBI) Risk Based Inspection.
- Field experience in construction and commissioning is highly appreciated.
- Ability to use all the resources effectively and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of computer based systems including, Microsoft Office applications and design software.

Education: Bachelor degree in electrical engineering Master degree preferred.
Experience: at least 3-5 years
Language skills: English is mandatory Russian is advantageous
