Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert guidance on labor law matters. Review and optimize labor processes and documentation. Represent the company in labor inspections, prosecutor’s office inquiries, and related disputes.

2. Draft, review, and approve a wide range of contracts.

3. Develop and maintain standardized templates (contracts, applications, official letters). Ensure all contracts align with approved templates and legal requirements.

4. Draft and revise company policies, orders, and procedural guidelines.

5. Legal support ad hoc request from Company business units.

6. Review and respond to inquiries from public authorities.

7. Commercial litigation [if needed] (prepare legal positions, claims, and court submissions represent the company in hearings and enforcement proceedings).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7+ years post-graduate experience either in a top-tier Moscow law firm or as an in-house lawyer at an international company. Excludes internships or public sector roles.

2. Deep knowledge of the following: civil law, labor law, pre-installation and IP regulation, etc.

3. Experiences in dealing with labor disputes, labor inspection, regulatory communication is preferred

4. Fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher in writing/speaking)

5. Strong network and communication skills with external legal counsel

6. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office and legal databases is a must)

7. Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and efficient under deadlines.
