Requirements:

• Аttentiveness to words and texts, the ability to understand them, including (nota bene) - the text below:
• Readiness to perform routine work
• Higher education (including last year students - неоконченное высшее for part-time during last-year course)
• Knowledge of Russian at native level with excellent Written Russian skills (including the capability to draft complex texts in Russian)
• English proficiency at a professional or advanced level, preferably at C1, C2 levels (including the ability to translate complex documents from Russian to English)

Responsibilities:

• Documentation maintenance and secretarial assistance to senior management, including full scope of a standard management assistance work and communication with third parties
• Management of marketing, including management of corporate website and liason with marketing platforms and social networks
• Management of contracts, including assistance with finance, registration and orderly keeping accounting documents of corporate entity, including communication with counterparties on contract management matters
• Assistance with managerial control of employment matters
• Control of internal discipline, implementation of office plans
• Preparing and filing internal reports to the senior management
• Translations
• Optional (against a separate remuneration): accounting, tax and/or accounting consulting (if appropriate interest and skills are available or after the training arranged by the employer)
• Compyling reports, algorithms, databases (after the training)

Conditions:

• Salary is negotiable (the range is provided) and depends on the capability to perform the Responsibitilies described above
• Location in a business centre in the central part of Tashkent (3 miles zone) - 10 minutes walk distance from the metro(tube)
• Official employment
• Full working day from 10:00 to 19:00 (40 hours work week with 5 days a week term)
• Employment with a stable firm with long history.
