Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time Assistant Marketing Analyst. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Analyst. The role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze secondary data on various IT markets, with a focus on the U.S., using sources such as official statistics, industry publications, articles, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of potential customers’ needs by reviewing and interpreting large volumes of diverse textual information.
• Collect and assess both static and dynamic data on existing and prospective clients to build comprehensive target account profiles.
• Monitor key web metrics and marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, and prepare performance reports to support decision-making.
• Support SEO and CRO initiatives with relevant research and data.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Spoken and written English (B1+)
• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or a technical discipline
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and PivotTables)
• Ability to perform basic statistical analysis
• Positive, proactive mindset
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
