Job Title: QA/QC Steel Structure Inspector
Location: Karabatan
Rotation: 5/2

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Steel Structure Inspector to join our team at the Karabatan site. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inspecting prefabricated steel structures in workshops and overseeing on-site installation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect steel structure prefabrication and installation for compliance with project specifications and international standards

• Identify issues and generate Site Reports (SR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

• Follow up on corrective actions and verify proper closure of reported issues

• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualification

• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in steel structure projects (oil & gas sector preferred)

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection standards (e.g., AWS, ISO)

• Experience with documentation and reporting procedures (SR/NCR)

• Good communication skills in English and Russian

• Ability to work on a 5/2 rotation in Karabatan
