Responsibilities

• Producing high-converting video and graphic designs for Meta and Instagram ads, emails, and landing pages that drive results for clients
• Closely collaborating with SMM Specialists and other creators to brainstorm new ideas and receive feedback on the performance of your designs, allowing you to continuously optimise your work
• Managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality designs on time and with attention to detail, ensuring that all clients' needs are met
• Developing performance-driven strategies for creatives that help our clients meet their business objectives, using data and insights to guide your decision-making
• Actively participating in team meetings, bringing unique perspectives to the table to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to design
• Continuously experimenting with new ideas and strategies to create better results for clients
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and digital marketing so you' re always on top of all new practices

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working with performance graphic design, ideally within an agency setting
• Strong expertise working in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects
• Experience working with static designs as well as motion design for paid social and organic channels
• You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that' s thrown at you
• You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
• You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
• A self-starter who can take initiative and make their ideas happen
• You are interested in digital marketing
