FLEETCOR, the world leader in the B2B market of payment and fuel solutions, is looking for a specialist who can take the position of SALESFORCE ARCHITECT to support the existing ecosystem and develop new solutions for our businesses in Europe, Russia and New Zealand. We consider both established architects with experience in similar positions, as well as senior Salesforce developers who are ready for a career level up. Majority of the people in our development team is located in Moscow and Belarus, and most of the business representatives are in the European offices of the company (England, Czech Republic, Germany). Of the key projects which our team will take part in this year, we can highlight these:

- development of a modern customer-oriented web application based on LWC technology

- expanding the standard platform capabilities, including internally developed packages (deduplication tool, distribution of records, event logging, etc.), and solutions from the vendor (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, High Velocity Sales, Next Best Action, etc.)

- migration of a local Salesforce org to the main European org

- implementation of integrations with Marketo and internal services of the company using Mulesoft and IBM Gateway

- improvement of the architecture of several orgs, incl. fearless fighting against legacy and technical debt.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AT THIS POSITION:

- participation in the largest, most complex and important projects of the company as a Salesforce architect, including development of non-functional requirements and architectural documentation, as well as support of scrum teams that directly implement solutions

- analysis of solution options using products from Salesforce (sometimes not only from Salesforce) for certain business requirements, including prototyping and creating PoC

- consulting support and mentoring of Salesforce developers (working on internal development standards, instilling best practices and correct approaches to software development).

WE ARE GLAD TO INVITE YOU TO THE INTERVIEW IF YOU HAVE:

- in-depth knowledge of the basic capabilities of the Salesforce platform and products (especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and preferably Mulesoft), including an understanding of the principles of the system built, data model, integration capabilities, development and maintenance best practices, as well as the pros and cons of the available tools and frameworks

- rich experience in Salesforce development, at least 3 years (including Apex, Aura / LWC and declarative programming tools)

- experience in optimizing complex org, including improving of performance, getting rid of governour limits exceedings and reducing exceptions in a production environment

- experience in developing using other programming languages ??and in usage of various platforms and solutions, incl. marketing (for example, Marketo) and integration (for example, IBM Gateway)

- experience in requirements analysis and architecture design (at least for local tasks), including creation of technical documentation

- proficiency in English, sufficient for frequent enough effective interactions with techies and stakeholders.
