Main responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, approval of various types of contracts as part of the regular business activity of the company
• Providing advice on employment law, data privacy
• Support to risks management and business continuity
• Corporate documents maintenance
• Providing legal advice to regulatory matters (clinical trials, registration of medicines, listing, pricing)

Requirements:

• Experience in legal positions in pharmaceutical industry: 5+ years
• Fluent English, including knowledge of legal vocabulary
• Experience in multinational transactions
