Work Schedule: The CFO will work in EST (Eastern time zone) (8:00 to 17:00 EST).

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of our group of companies, which operate primarily in the United States but maintain a base in Uzbekistan for payroll purposes. As CFO, you will oversee the financial health and strategic planning of the group, including management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and financial reporting. Your role is crucial in ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of the companies by providing expert financial guidance and building efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the financial department effectively.
• Manage financial flows for the group of companies, act as a business partner to other department heads, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic financial planning and policies for the group.
• Generate and consolidate financial reports for multiple companies based in the US.
• Create an analytical structure within the company to improve efficiency in resource allocation and decision-making.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling standards.
• Interact with credit and investment institutions as needed.
• Address current challenges of the department and make necessary improvements.
• Put efforts into ensuring proper financial reporting for all projects.
• Standardize and streamline existing and future financial processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s degree in finance or economics (advanced degree preferred).
• Proficient in English.
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are an asset.
• Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a financial team effectively.
• Expertise in US accounting practices.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
