We are looking for a new team member in our team of experienced Brand Management professionals!

As a Media and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) Manager, you will be responsible for making sure we win with consumers' preferences and needs in each of the following touchpoints:

• when they learn about our product

• when they choose to buy the product

• when they use the product at home.

Responsibilities

• Management of:

  • Partnerships with various media & data vendors, tying knots between P& G and different partners and understanding the Digital & Data landscape to implement new ideas

  • Point of Sale (POS) material production for different trade channels to enable higher growth of the total P& G portfolio

• Recommendation & execution of plans based on superior consumer/shopper insights for both base business and new initiatives/pilots

• Maintain excellence across all projects, especially in the field of compliance with internal/corporate and external regulations, financial accuracy, documentation in line with legislation and P& G guidelines

• Project performance analysis and recommendations on investment choices

• Collaboration with various stakeholders on delivering new pilots and base business projects

• Agency and muti-functional team supervision

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 950 000 KZT gross

Job Qualifications

• A higher education diploma

• 2-4 years of experience in Media/Digital and/or Trade Marketing with local consumers and Kazakhstan market understanding

• Proven record in creating and/or leading either digital and media projects or brand campaigns, new pilots, plans for different trade channels (e.g., understanding of the retail structure in Kazakhstan and leading brand-retailer plans) will be a competitive advantage

• Strong analytical skills and ability to gain actionable insights from data

• Discipline in excellent plan execution

• Ability to conduct business and communicate in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Proven leadership skills and out-of-the-box thinking
