As a Financial Controller in our Family Office, you will play a crucial role in steering the financial health and operational efficiency of our financial activities. Your responsibilities include:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee and execute monthly financial planning and forecasting activities. Ensure rigorous budget control and analyze deviations to guide corrective actions.
• Cash Flow Management: Provide detailed monthly cash flow reporting for all units within the group, including monitoring and managing liquidity to prevent cash shortfalls.
• Process Automation: Lead the automation and streamlining of financial control and accounting functions using cloud-based accounting solutions.
• Financial Oversight: Conduct detailed verification of financial statements for foreign legal entities within the Group to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Strategic Coordination: Facilitate effective coordination between the Family Office, and profit and non-profit entities, ensuring seamless financial transactions with external counterparts.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Additional certifications such as ACCA, DipIFR, or CFA are highly advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a finance-related role such as Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, Controller, or Senior Auditor, preferably within a family office or similar environment.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional accuracy and responsibility in financial management.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Russian and advanced proficiency in English German language skills are beneficial.
