Responsibilities:

• Participating in the development of new tactics and trends pertaining to the industry and its procedures
• To monitor the company' s annual targets on a tonnage and turnover basis, to direct and deliver the field to achieve them, and to achieve category and product-based sales and profitability targets.
• Ensuring that the team manages its channel, region and team in parallel with the company' s target
• Reporting and making recommendations in the market with competitor analysis and competitive analysis
• Correct distribution of some deviations in the determined and allocated budget in the sales channel and maintaining the profitability of the company.
• Researching possible markets and market trends through studies, then reporting the results to the senior management.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Evaluating potential business opportunities by performing cost analyses,
• To keep track on sectoral trends, support ongoing projects, and help create new ones, all in accordance with the objectives set at the beginning of the year.
• Identifying and reporting business opportunities to grow market share
• Organizing and managing new marketing initiatives
• Carrying out research to identify the needs of customers and developing new offerings based on those demands,
• To create new initiatives and provide system solutions by observing various marketplaces and innovations
• Researching to expand the portfolio of suppliers and preserving connections with current providers.
• Identifies managerial candidates from his team and guides them on their development journey

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Having successful experience in market development and FMCG business expansion.
• Experience leading diverse teams as a leader.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and market/sector analysis
• Acquainted with financial statements and analysis
