Due to an expand a small size company providing accounting outsourcing services is looking for a person to fill the position of Senior accountant. You will be responsible for bookkeeping for companies and self-employed individuals. You shall be familiar with English language, pay attention to details, willing to learn, reliable, proactive and problem solving state of mind. The role is fully remote based, the start and end of working day is flexible.

Trainings and handover will be provided once you are on board. Agreed external seminars are paid by the company.

Potential promotion to the Chief Accountant (based on your skills and performance).

Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping in accordance with IFRS (portfolio of companies)
- Customers and suppliers reconciliation
- Bank accounts reconciliation
- Bills / Invoices / Receipts posting
- Keeping, filling and updating registers and forms
- Documents sorting and filling
- Preparation of VAT/VIES/OSS returns
- Administrative duties.

Requirements:

- IFRS, IAS knowledge
- English - advanced level
- Advanced PC knowledge (Word, Excel, 1С, QuickBooks - will be considered as an advantage)
- Strong attention to details, focus on results, problem solving attitude, high level of initiative, team player preferably.

The company issued a pro-forma invoice to the customer for a total amount 100,000 including VAT 19%, the customer confirmed the pro-forma invoice and asked you to issue 2 separate invoices (1 for prepayment, 1 for the final payment in ration 30 to 70). Please calculate for 2 invoices:
- Net amount
- VAT amount (19%)
- Total amount (including VAT 19%)
