Global Director, ESG Disclosure ContentManage efficiently and effectively CLIENT’s disclosure cycle. This includes: Propose and implement improvements to CLIENT's disclosure framework. Create an inspiring environment for all staff in Disclosure Content. Manage a large team working on various workstreams including questionnaire and guidance, questionnaire and scoring evolution, low carbon transition, and cities, states and regions disclosure. Establish ways of working within the different Disclosure teams to ensure that the entire workload can be delivered on time and to quality. Provide pragmatic guidance on the day-to-day operations all the while taking into consideration the impact of decisions on the rest of the organisation. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Disclosure Content is meeting their requirements and expectations and review these regularly with them. Maintain and produce key deliverables on time, to high quality and to budget in CLIENT’s systems, tests passed and ready for release to our stakeholders, supporting communications of questionnaires and guidance Maintain and improve the quality of questionnaire and guidance outputs through training, quality assurance and good management Maintain a close working relationship with the wider Information and Operations teams to ensure that handovers and deliveries of evolution projects are managed into the Disclosure operations teams. Work closely with Environmental Practice Directors to evolve content and create plans for CLIENT to remain at the forefront of sustainability disclosure. Implement plans with internal and external stakeholders to advance CLIENT’s work to different realms of sustainability and ESG. Contribute and lead on the creation of revenue generating opportunities for CLIENT. Manage the Disclosure Content budget and find cost-saving opportunities. Be an ambassador for CLIENT’s theory of change by delivering presentations that communicate the value of CLIENT’s Disclosure work to senior management and stakeholder audiences. You will have the following skills and experience: Essential criteria: The ability to develop an in-depth understanding of a complex multi-tier cycle with various dependencies The ability to identify and analyze the impact of adjustments and changes to a multi-tier cycle with various dependencies Qualified to postgraduate level in a sustainability-related subject A strong sustainability background with in-depth subject matter expertise on environmental issues especially as they relate to the use of sustainability metrics for decision-making. Good knowledge of the interdependencies of environmental issues with social realities and parameters. Good communication & presentation skills in English and the ability to present complex issues to a wide group of audiences. Be able to lead a virtual team in a matrix environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Desirable criteria (optional) Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment Ability to deliver work against tight timelines Experience in building consensus Experience working in an agile environment and implementing lean processes Experience coaching individuals and teams towards excellence Knowledge of the financial system and capital markets.
