Your responsibilities will include:- **Lead Generation:** Proactively generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers.- **Pipeline Development:** Nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers through various channels, including phone calls and virtual meetings (Teams, etc.).- **Relationship Building:** Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.- **Client Needs Assessment:** Understand the unique needs of clients and effectively respond with tailored solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and be a knowledgeable resource for informing and advising others about these services.**Experience Required:**To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience within the Freight Forwarding sector.- Comprehensive experience in road, sea, and air freight sales.- Familiarity with the Baltics market is desirable.If you are a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a background in the Freight Forwarding sector, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our client's continued success.**How to Apply:**To apply for this exciting position, please contact us today for an immediate interview.
