You’ll work remotely, managing our most important channels and coordinating with freelancers and agencies when needed, making sure everything flows together seamlessly.At Pip Decks, we value continuous learning and growth. Preferred timezone GMT/CETResponsibilities: Manage and optimize Facebook & Google Ads accounts with 7-figure monthly budgets. Taking ownership of media buying. Work together with our in-house creative team and proactively contribute to creative meetings from your data-driven & technical perspective. Collaborate with freelancers and agencies, giving clear briefs and guidelines. Stay curious and up-to-date with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Tools we use TripleWhale for third party attribution ChatGPT and other various AI tools Ahrefs for SEO Zapier: automate the boring stuff Slack: For team communication. Excellent English skills (C1) Strong track record with Facebook/Meta Ads, as well as at least one additional channel from the list above. If you don’t know how to do something, you know where to find the answers and come up with the best possible solution to your problem, not the conventional one. You know how to think a few steps ahead, building scalable systems, working smarter, not harder. You’re comfortable coordinating with freelancers and agencies, ensuring clarity and understanding.
