HGV / Van Technician Vacancy - WellingboroughBasic Salary: up to £38,500 (£17.50/hour)OTE £43,000Flexible shift pattern to suit you HGV Manufacturer Training opportunity for experienced LCV Technicians. Option to work Nights at an enhanced rate. Overtime available My client is a well established commercial dealership located in Wellingborough. They're looking for a Van / HGV Technician. This person does not need HGV experience but it will be beneficial. Full HGV training will be provided by the manufacturer. HGV / Van Technician Responsibilities: Ensure a high standard od mechanical and electrical repairs are made. Vehicle maintenance and servicing to manufacturer standard. Undertake Diagnostics where necessary.Modification of customer vehicles and ancillary equipment.Follow Health and Safety procedures in the workshop.Dealing with customer/client enquiries professionally.Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner. About this HGV / Van Technician:C&G / NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance essential. Experience within a commercial vehicle company, HGV preferred but LCV considered. Practical understanding of IT/Computers. Safety Aware. Commercial awareness and good understanding of a busy workshop.
