Behaviour Support Assistant Lewisham Immediate start & full-timeWe are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), to join a top-performing primary school in the Greenwich area. This school has been graded "outstanding" by Ofsted, they have a great ethos, which includes pupils learning about diversity and equal opportunities, one recognising, ‘It’s good to be different’, as well as promoting good behaviour and demonstrating positivity towards each other. Previous experience working with children is essential. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and be able to work using your own initiative. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. The role will be working with the child on a 1:1 basis but some group learning may also be required.Within this role, you will be expected to work alongside key school staff and existing behaviour plans to improve levels of pupil behaviour exhibited in class.
