ABOUT THE ROLE Setting up and breaking down events Loading and unloading trucks Building and breaking down temporary stages and seating structures Rigging/De-rigging Sound, AV and lighting equipment Set Building Show Calls Backline for music festivals PAY RATESWe pay the Real Living Wage throughout the UK; rates are based on experience and skills.If you have any of the following skills/licenses, there will be an opportunity to be fast tracked with the potential to earn more money: CSCS card holders Plant Operatives (MEWPS, NPORS, IPAF, PASMA) Carpenters and Scaffolders Crew Experience IMMEDIATE FAST TRACK AVAILABLE FOR DRIVERS RequirementsThis job is physically demanding and requires the ability to: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kilos regularly, throughout the shift. Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights. Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil tasks.
