The Role:The Social Project Manager, Social will drive all aspects of project delivery for assets created by the Global Social Team in partnership with Global Creative Agency. You will be a key part of building the success of project management and creating a department that can track and determine the efficiency at which we work. You will support the Director of Creative Production and the Global Director of Social and Content in tracking and delivering all assets in a timely manner identifying and communicating project risks as they arise.Key day-to-day elements of the role include: Project Management of always-on and campaign creative briefs initiated by the Global Social Team, working with a team of 4 editors / content creators. Resource and traffic management of all assets shot by Global Brand Ambassadors for their social platforms. Resource and project planning for major content events that the Global Social Team will travel to and acting as the project manager for post-production and delivery of relevant assets. Point person for wider Global Creative Agency team for social assets/content needed for other businesses uses File management and oversight of all social content online folders Role Accountabilities:You will be greatly involved in the planning for social content throughout the business and within the creative agency dept – bringing creative problem solving and initiatives to the table. We need someone to work primarily with the Global Social Team but act when needed as their ambassador cross functionally with a number of different people and teams, from creatives to video editors and retouchers to brand marketing managers and Heads of Dept. In this position you will need a wealth of previous experience and we expect you to be a highly skilled project manager who is super organised and a brilliant co-ordinator who can lead multiple diverse projects. You will thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment and you will be able to use your previous experience to great effect. You will drive workflow through the studio ensuring that the team have clear briefs and feedback and determine the priorities for the day, week and months ahead. You will forecast when we need freelance support on your projects and help with sourcing, POs and invoicing for their services. We expect you to build strong working relationships with the various teams you will come into contact with both in the UK and the other Charlotte Tilbury offices across the world . Reporting Relationships: Head of Project Management Requirements· 4+ years of experience as a Creative Project Manager, with extensive experience in social content delivery.· A thorough understanding of development, creation, approval and delivery of assets and knowledge of social best practise · Broad knowledge of creative production, retouching, and video editing.· Experience of managing workflows in a in-house creative studio or agency. · Proficiency in project management tools and software (Trello, Monday.com, Google Suite, Office…)· Experience in leading & driving project schedules with multiple deadlines.· Contribute to process innovation and effective delivery solutions.· Identify and communicate project risks.· Strong organisational skills.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Benefits Generous staff discount Generous product gifting 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid, flexible working Dog friendly office on Monday’s, Wednesdays, and Friday’s.
